OK - I went away on vacation and came back to a nice payday! This payday I made (for August 2012) : Cash total paid via PayPal: $275.92 I feel good about that but my summer lenses are over and now I must concentrate of Christmas lenses and holiday shopping lenses -- I'm sure every topic is covered a zillion times over but I will try to come in with a new angle :>(

Still no pay today although I think they are working on it. No updates to daily traffic for hours and hours usually means pay is coming (at least in the first 10 days of the month) Why don't you give SQUIDOO a try. Really, if I can make money doing what I love (writing), so can you!

Thought I would add one of my sales lenses for you to see -- this one seems to be ready to take off so I'm hoping it's a money maker! 2012 Hottest Trends in Women's Lingerie Hopefully this will bring in some earnings! What do you think?

I am waiting patiently for the next payday - I now have 53 lenses written but only a few will have earnings to be happy about. On Squidoo, you need to get into the top 2000 lenses to make the good money. Considering there are hundreds of thousands written I feel a real accomplishment in having one of my lenses a Tier ONE lens all summer!-- One of the best ways to earn money on Squidoo is sales. I do as many sales lenses as I can and make some decent money that way. I have also opened an Amazon Affiliate ID which is paying me around $30 a month right now. Since I just started working that, I feel good about $30! I read on the boards at Amazon that there are MANY making a whole lot more and I am going to work on that--I'll let you know how it goes. OK-payday will be soon and I'll post my results as soon as I get them :>)

Ok - I know I haven't been here for awhile but now I'm Back and ready for action! Ok - I have not posted for awhile because there has been so much going on! I have written over 35 lenses and have started seeing my sales zoom on my summer lenses (I guess since it is now May) I still have not gotten paid anything worthwhile but I am hoping the payments will start coming in this month or next. I,m really excited to see what my payments will be as one of the items sold was some running shoes that were around $100. In the meantime, some of my better earners are here:

So I have started writing on Squidoo

I wrote ONE lens two years ago as part of a group project and just came back two months ago to see what it was all about.

I really liked the community feeling and the easy access to publishing in various styles. I decided to give it a serious try for one year to find out for myself if there is an opportunity to make a small income here.

I will record my progress as I go along and hopefully I will have something good to report!
